Not at all! Our workshops are beginner-friendly and suitable for complete beginners. Our instructors will guide you step by step.
Standard workshops are around 2.5 hours. Our Express One Piece Class is around 1.5 hours.
Ceramic pieces usually take around 4–5 weeks to complete due to drying, glazing, and firing. We will notify you when it is ready.
No. Workshop prices are per person. One booking includes one participant, one workstation, materials, and instructor guidance.
Children aged 7–11 may be accompanied by one parent or guardian for free. Ages 12 and above require their own paid booking.
We have a 20-minute punctuality policy. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your session may be treated as a no-show and cancelled.

Refunds: All workshop bookings are non-refundable once payment is confirmed.
Rescheduling: Must be requested at least 2 days in advance.
Products
Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, we do not accept returns for change of mind or minor variations. All sales are final unless the item is damaged during delivery.
Yes. Functional pieces such as mugs, bowls, and plates are glazed with non-toxic, lead-free, food-safe glazes.
Yes, they are microwave and dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing to keep them beautiful for longer.
